Your head floats over a layer of water which enables the pillow to automatically respond to changes in your sleeping position. Medical School Clinical Research:Neck pain and quality of sleep study

In a study on adults with chronic neck and cervical pain conducted at John Hopkins University School of Medicine, it was found that the Mediflow neck support pillow was associated with reduced morning pain intensity, increased pain relief and improved quality of sleep.
Conclusion: Proper selection of a pillow can significantly reduce pain and improve quality of sleep.

Chiropractic School Clinical Research: Chronic Neck Pain Study`
