Pregnancy Diary - WEEK 8

I have felt so awful this week. I nearly throw up just brushing my teeth. I still haven't heard from the midwife and I should be having my first scan around 11/12 weeks. If they don't call by the end of this week, I shall chase the doctors up. There is nothing wrong particularly but its just nice to know the ball is rolling.

My husband thinks I am the devil in disguise, I just snap his head off all the time.

I am very wary of my daughter climbing over me, she is too young to understand that she has to be careful of Mummy's tummy. She kisses my tummy a lot and tries to put her dummy in my belly button which is funny. She does keep pulling my top up in public and saying "baby kissy" and trying to kiss my tummy, slightly embarrassing!

No bump yet, but my trousers are starting to feel uncomfortable around the tummy area. Once the baby moves further up, it should be okay. I am hoping to stay in my regular clothes as long as possible. Last time I was pregnant the most decent maternity clothes shop was an hour away, now I have H&M and Top Shop just to name a couple.
