How does FULLFast Work?

FULLFast contains an amino acid called 5-Hydroxytryptophan.  This amino acid is derived from the seeds of the Griffonia shrub.  This natural nutrient helps increase the serotonin levels in the body and is a feel good and feel full natural chemical.  

Research has shown that low levels of serotonin can increase hunger pangs therefore increasing serotonin levels reduces the cravings for food.

How do I Use FULLFast?
