What Causes Problems with Hair Removal?

As your hairs continue to grow, they curl over within the hair follicles and fail to exit to the surface. Regular use of Tend Skin® will eliminate existing ingrown hairs without having to use tweezers.
Razor Burn
Applying Tend Skin® after shaving will eliminate the redness that appears on the skin after shaving. This is great for women after shaving legs, bikini lines and underarms, as well as for men who see redness after shaving their faces.
How does Tend Skin Work?
We believe that Tend Skin® works by causing an increased fluid ingress into the skin, this in turns increases the fluid pressure under the skin. This fluid pressure squeezes the hair follicles which decreases the width of the follicles. This means there is less room in the follicles for the problem hair which then is forced to exit the pore and thus grown above the skins surface. With razor bumps, curled hairs are forced to lift out of the skin.
