Zotrim is presented in two handy pocket containers of 90 tablets each (up to 30 days supply). Take 2-3 tablets with a full glass of water or cold drink a few minutes before meals. We recommend you start with 2 tablets before meals and increase to 3 tablets from the second week onwards. Maximum 9 tablets daily. Aim to reduce the portion size for each meal. It is recommended that Zotrim is used with a healthy diet and exercise programme. |
