Order Confirmation
Once you place your order via the internet, you will receive an email confirming details of your order. If the product you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the chance to leave the product on back order or to cancel the order completely.
Postage and Packing
All postage prices are detailed on the product page. We are happy to have customers from the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Unfortunately some of our products we are unable to send to Europe or Worldwide. These are mainly the CaliforniaBreath mouthwashes. This is due to the weight of the product, they are particularly heavy and are very expensive to send. The alternative to the CaliforniaBreath Mouth Wash is the Aktiv Oxigen Tablet. These tablets enable you to make up your own CaliforniaBreath solution by adding water in a specially designed mixing bottle.
We feel our postage charges are honest and fair and we have kept them low for over 6 years. We have to take into account the cost of sending the parcel which includes postage, packaging and time to pack the order.
If goods are returned for refund if you change your mind or you order the wrong product, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, orders are sent 2nd class and for UK addresses, your order should be received within 7 days. European and Worldwide delivery times can vary as are sent with International Signed For to ensure safe delivery. * Please note that we do not ship to USA at present.
If you are in the UK and your order does not turn up within 7 days, please let us know. Royal Mail don’t class a parcel as missing until 28 days after posting, so please bear this in mind.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 28 days after delivery. The product must be returned to us unused along with a short note giving details of your name, address and the reason for cancellation (this will provide us with feedback). Postage costs of returning the goods are your responsibility unless it is our error that has caused you to return the goods. Once your returned product has been received in good condition, we will refund you using the same method which you originally used to pay us. We will not make refunds if products are returned damaged or used.
Privacy
In Peak Condition does not pass or sell customers details onto any third party. We may use your email address to send you details of special offers available from us. If you do not wish to receive our mailings, please specify this on the order form.
