How to Make a Purchase

1. Click on the product you would like to purchase.
2. Once you have decided to go ahead, click on "Add to Basket" in right hand corner.
3. Enter on the form, the quantity you would like to purchase. Once you have done this, click on update quantities. At this point, you have 3 more options; continue shopping, empty basket or checkout. Checkout is to be used if you would like to continue with your purchase.
4. You are then asked for details such as name, address, and telephone number. This page also shows postage and packing prices. Once you have filled out this form completely, click on continue.
5. You are then shown your order number, order total and are given the option to pay now.
6. You are then taken to our WorldPay Secure Payment page - select the credit/debit card you will be using and then fill in the details required for example card number and billing address. Even at this stage, you are given the option to cancel the purchase or to start again.
7. Fill in your details and then make your purchase. You are given a World Pay reference number and will shortly receive a transaction confirmation from World Pay and confirmation of your order from In Peak Condition.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order via the internet, you will receive an email confirming details of your order. If the product you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the chance to leave the product on back order or to cancel the order completely. If you wish to leave the product on back order, we will not deduct any monies from your account until the product is in stock.

Postage and Packing

Some of our products have a special postage cost which is displayed on the product detail page below the item cost. The total postage will be the highest postage cost if multiple items are added to the basket with different postage costs. If no postage cost is displayed on the product detail page below the item cost then the following postage costs will apply depending on the country we are sending your parcel to:

If goods are returned for refund if you change your mind or you order the wrong product, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, orders are sent 2nd class and for UK addresses, your order should be received within 7 days. European and Worldwide delivery times can vary as are sent with International Signed For to ensure safe delivery. * Please note that we do not ship to USA at present.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up to 28 days after delivery. The product must be returned to us unused along with a short note giving details of your name, address and the reason for cancellation (this will provide us with feedback). Postage costs of returning the goods are your responsibility unless it is our error that has caused you to return the goods. Once your returned product has been received in good condition, we will refund you using the same method which you originally used to pay us. We will not make refunds if products are returned damaged or used.

Privacy

In Peak Condition does not pass or sell customers details onto any third party. We may use your postal address to send you our brochure or details of special offers available from us. If you do not wish to receive our mailings, please specify this on the order form.
